We are an independent valuation and property advisory business. The founding partners Denis Kelly and Jamie Fitzgibbon bring a depth of experience across client advisory, valuations, rating valuations, leasing, sale and purchase transactions for corporate, government and private clients.
The principle Jamie Fitzgibbon has extensive property experience valuing and advising on a wide range of property types. Having valued, managed, leased, purchased, sold and developed a wide range of property for clients and himself, there isn’t much he doesn’t know about property.
